No. Residents often study part time during the residency, and we help fund it.
Yes. The pastoral and planting residencies are salaried; the ministry residency is paid pro rata.
We help you land — here, at a plant, or at another church. There is no guarantee of a role with us, and that is by design.
Yes. Our residencies are open to women and men; specific role expectations are discussed openly during the application process.
